We are authorized to perform warranty repairs on Apple and Dell computers. Below is a list of the computer hardware eligible for our warranty service.
Warranty Service Eligibility Requirements
Apple Hardware
- Notebook computers purchased through the ASU 1:1 computing program.
- Hardware owned by ASU departments, students, faculty, or staff.
Dell Hardware
- Notebook computers purchased through the ASU 1:1 computing program.
- Hardware owned by ASU departments.
- Hardware purchased via Education Sales Channel (Dell).
